Immerse yourself in the heart of Burgundy this summer with Sensation Vin!

Summer in Burgundy is more than just sunshine; it's an incomparable light that enhances the vineyards, making them more majestic than ever. What if you took advantage of this magical season to finally master the art of wine tasting? At Sensation Vin, we invite you to enjoy an unforgettable experience in the heart of Beaune, the wine capital of Burgundy!

The vineyard awakens: an open-air spectacle!

From early summer, the Burgundy vineyard is a living theater! With flowering complete, you'll witness the delicate formation of chardonnay and pinot noir grape clusters, ready to ripen. You'll also see tractors performing "rognage," a crucial step for vine balance. By August, the clusters will be fully formed, and the grapes' ripeness will be at its peak, promising exceptional harvests. Then, in early September, the excitement will be at its highest: it's harvest time! A continuous ballet of harvesters, tractors, and trailers will enliven the vineyards and wineries, giving birth to the 2025 vintage. It's a fascinating period you won't want to miss!
