At Sensation Vin, the choice between 10 wine tastings

You may want to discover Burgundy wines or improve your knowledges and have chosen to have a class at Sensation Vin. If you have a stay in Burgundy, book a wine class at the start. You will enjoy practising everything you have learnt for the end of your stay.
 
We receive wine lovers at the heart of Beaune’s town center with an offer of 10 wine tasting classes. Some are during the week, some during week-end, they last between 1 ½ hours and one day long. Our wine classes are on reservation. We offer them all year long, every day, Sunday and day off as well. To help you choosing the right class for you, here is a summary of our classes.
 
Classes for beginners 
The Essentials: 1 ½ hours for an overview of Burgundy wines illustrated by a blind tasting of 7 wines. 35 €/pers.
 
Wine Tasting Experience: a complete 3-hour panorama of Burgundy wines and tasting methodology, punctuated with aromas and flavors exercises and illustrated by a blind tasting of 10 wines. 95 €/pers.
 
Classes for advanced tasters
Deluxe Essentials : 1 ½ hours to understand Burgundy wines with a focus on premier cru and grand cru. The tasting lets you compare 3 premiers crus versus 3 grands crus. 65€ /pers.
 
Grand Cru Experience: Immerse yourself in the heart of the 33 grands crus in Burgundy. Those wines are mythic, rare and expensive. It’s the opportunity to approach them and taste 6 of them. 110€ /pers.
 
Thematic classes
Vosne Romanée Tasting: A private wine class followed by a prestigious tasting with 5 Vosne Romanée 1er cru and 5 grands crus : Richebourg, Romanée Saint Vivant, La Grande Rue, Echezeaux and Grands Echezeaux. 550 € for 2 people.
 
Montrachet Tasting: A private wine class dedicated to Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet, followed by a prestigious tasting with five premiers crus and five grands crus : Montrachet, Chevalier-Montrachet, Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet, Bâtard-Montrachet, et Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet. 550 € for 2 people.
 
BFC Tasting: A private wine class focusing on wines produced in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, including Burgundy, Jura, the Loire Valley and Beaujolais wines. Blind tasting of 8 wines. 65 €/pers.
 
Classes outside
For those who prefer nature and stay only 2 people, choose one of our three wine tours. We go through vineyards and taste premiers crus and grands crus.
From Corton to Chambertin (Côte de Nuits) : 275 €/pers
From Corton to Montrachet (Côte de Beaune): 275 €/pers
From Chambertin to Montrachet (Côte de Nuits & Côte de Beaune) 495 €/pers.
