Burgundy is home to 44 Village appellations, among the most renowned in the wine world. From Chablis to Vosne-Romanée, from Meursault to Gevrey-Chambertin, each appellation possesses its own identity and contributes to the worldwide reputation of Burgundy wines.
This is why we created Village Tasting, a full day entirely dedicated to discovering these iconic appellations.
An exceptional experience that allows participants to explore the remarkable diversity of Burgundy wines through a single comparative tasting.

44 appellations tasted in a single day 

During this unique experience, you will taste all 44 Village appellations of Burgundy.
Very few experiences offer the opportunity to explore such a vast diversity of wines within a single tasting.
From the region's most discreet villages to its most celebrated appellations, this comparative tasting provides an exceptional overview of the wines that have built Burgundy's international reputation.
In total, this comparative tasting includes 44 Village appellations, featuring 31 Premier Cru, 24 red wines, 20 white wines from 44 different wine estates and spanning 13 vintages.

Whenever an appellation includes Premier Cru vineyards, we favor tasting a Premier Cru in order to showcase the finest expression of the village. When no Premier Cru exists, we select a representative Village appellation.
This approach provides the most faithful possible representation of each village while highlighting the distinctive identity of every appellation.
