Around our tasting table, we begin by exploring the essential foundations of Burgundy white wines. This first part of the session is highly interactive and encourages questions, providing a clear and practical understanding of Burgundy's vineyards, appellations and terroirs. We then introduce a professional tasting methodology specifically adapted to white wines.

Blind taste 10 prestigious white Burgundies

The practical tasting forms the heart of this experience. You will take part in a blind tasting of 10 carefully selected white wines sourced from 10 different wine estates. With all labels concealed, the exercise encourages an objective approach and allows participants to focus entirely on the intrinsic qualities of each wine. This tasting highlights the remarkable richness of Burgundy's great white wines and demonstrates how a single grape variety can produce an extraordinary diversity of styles, aromas and textures depending on its terroir of origin.

TASTING
Blind tasting of 10 white wines (no influence of the label). The 10 wines are produced by 10 different Burgundy estates. The wines come from Burgundy's five major wine-growing regions: Chablis, Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune, Côte Chalonnaise and Mâconnais. The selection spans seven vintages and includes 1 Village Appellation, 7 Premier Cru wines and 2 Grand Cru wines.
