This September, join us for a sensory journey from Chassagne-Montrachet to Gevrey-Chambertin, discovering legendary vineyards and exceptional vintages along the way.

Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru "En Remilly" 2023 - Domaine Philippe Colin (white wine)
An exceptional setting: Perched high above the village, this vineyard lies directly beside the legendary Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru. It is farmed by Domaine Philippe Colin, one of Chassagne-Montrachet's benchmark producers.

Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru 2017 - Domaine Leflaive (white wine)
A legendary terroir and estate: Situated across the villages of Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet, Bâtard-Montrachet belongs to the exclusive circle of Burgundy's greatest white Grand Crus. This bottling comes from Domaine Leflaive, one of Burgundy's most iconic estates and a pioneer of biodynamic viticulture.

Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru "La Combe au Moine" 2018 - Domaine René Bouvier (red wine)
Altitude and expertise: Located high on the slope above Gevrey-Chambertin, this historic vineyard benefits from a unique microclimate. Domaine René Bouvier, established in Gevrey for three generations, farms this site organically.

Musigny Grand Cru 2016 - Domaine Jacques Prieur (red wine)
A rare jewel of the Côte de Nuits: Overlooking Clos de Vougeot from the village of Chambolle-Musigny, Musigny is among the most sought-after vineyard sites in the world. Domaine Jacques Prieur is uniquely positioned, owning parcels in some of the finest terroirs of both the Côte de Beaune and the Côte de Nuits.

La Grande Rue Grand Cru 2009 - Monopole - Domaine François Lamarche (red wine)
The exclusivity of a historic Monopole: Running through the heart of Vosne-Romanée, this narrow strip of Grand Cru vineyard is exclusively owned by Domaine François Lamarche. It sits between some of Burgundy's most legendary vineyards, including La Tâche, La Romanée and Romanée-Conti.

Your tasting will be conducted by Damien Delattre, with more than 34 years of tasting and wine education experience, or by Céline Dandelot, who brings over 24 years of professional wine experience.

What glassware is used?

All wines are served in hand-blown Sydonios crystal glasses, using the acclaimed Universal model to allow each wine to express its full aromatic complexity.

Why do we use the Coravin system?

To preserve the freshness, purity and aromatic integrity of these rare bottles, each wine is poured using the Coravin preservation system. This allows us to serve exceptional wines by the glass while ensuring they remain in optimal condition.
