Meursault 1er Cru "Clos des Perrières" 2023 - Monopole - Domaine Albert Grivault  (white wine)
One of Meursault’s ultimate terroirs: Located at the heart of the "Perrières" climat, widely regarded by connoisseurs as the most prestigious terroir in Meursault, Clos des Perrières enjoys an exclusive monopole status. It is farmed entirely by Domaine Albert Grivault, an iconic family-owned estate in Meursault.

Montrachet Grand Cru 2015 - Domaine Jacques Prieur (white wine)
The king of great white wines: Among the most famous Grands Crus in the world, Montrachet holds a unique status in the world of Chardonnay. Situated mid-slope between Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet, this legendary plot is considered the pinnacle of dry white wine. Domaine Jacques Prieur is part of a very select circle of owners on this extraordinary terroir.

Volnay 1er Cru "Clos d'Audignac" 2020 -Monopole - Domaine de la Pousse d'Or  (red wine)
The elegance of a confidential monopole: Nestled in the heart of Volnay, Clos d'Audignac is an exclusive monopole of Domaine de la Pousse d'Or. Renowned for its uncompromising approach to viticulture and aging, the estate produces a wine that perfectly embodies the finesse and elegance for which Volnay is world-famous. A rare cuvée to taste.

Clos des Lambrays Grand Cru 2009 - Domaine des Lambrays  (red wine)
A historic Grand Cru from Morey-Saint-Denis: Located in Morey-Saint-Denis, Clos des Lambrays is one of the iconic historic walled vineyards (clos) of the Côte de Nuits. Enclosed for centuries, this vast Grand Cru forms the heart of Domaine des Lambrays. The 2009 vintage offers a wonderful opportunity to experience the depth and harmony that a great wine achieves with age.

Romanée-Saint-Vivant Grand Cru 2017 - Domaine de la Romanée-Conti  (red wine)
An iconic signature of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti: Adjacent to Romanée-Conti itself, Romanée-Saint-Vivant is one of the most legendary Grands Crus in Vosne-Romanée. Domaine de la Romanée-Conti owns the largest share of this vineyard, producing one of the most sought-after wines in the world. Combining finesse, depth, and complexity, this plot captures the unique prestige of Burgundy’s greatest terroirs.

Who will guide your tasting?

Your tasting will be conducted by Damien Delattre, with more than 34 years of tasting and wine education experience, or by Céline Dandelot, who brings over 24 years of professional wine experience.

What glassware is used?

All wines are served in hand-blown Sydonios crystal glasses, using the acclaimed Universal model to allow each wine to express its full aromatic complexity.

Why do we use the Coravin system?

To preserve the freshness, purity and aromatic integrity of these rare bottles, each wine is poured using the Coravin preservation system. This allows us to serve exceptional wines by the glass while ensuring they remain in optimal condition.
