44 appellations to taste

A unique tasting day in the heart of Burgundy

Explore 44 appellations: from Chablis to Pouilly-Fuissé, red and white wines

Immerse yourself in the heart of Burgundy for an exceptional day dedicated to its prestigious wines. Explore the diversity, richness, and complexity of 44 village appellations, including the famous Chablis, Meursault, Pommard, and Nuits-Saint-Georges, as well as their 662 classified "1er Cru" (Premier Cru) parcels.

This unique experience offers you the opportunity to taste all 44 of these appellations, allowing for an insightful comparison between Vosne-Romanée, Gevrey-Chambertin, Volnay, Aloxe-Corton, Mercurey, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, Pouilly-Fuissé, and many others.

The comparative tasting includes 44 wines from 44 different estates and spans 12 vintages: 24 red wines and 20 white wines, including 24 "1er Cru" selections. The day is divided into two sessions: the morning (10:00 AM - 1:00 PM) focuses on 20 wines from the Côte de Beaune (13 reds, 7 whites, predominantly "1er Cru"), while the afternoon (3:00 PM - 6:00 PM) explores 24 wines from the Yonne, Côte de Nuits, Côte Chalonnaise, and Mâconnais regions (11 reds, 13 whites).

"Village Tasting" is a private full-day experience, organized upon request from Sunday to Friday for two or more people, priced at €350 per person. It's an ideal opportunity to deepen your knowledge of communal and "1er Cru" appellations, while reviewing the fundamental principles of wine tasting (visual, olfactory, gustatory).
